After a long period of pre-contact and negotiation, and through this actual research, the two sides have exchanged the respective ideas on establishing a "Xuancheng Zheshang Investment Industrial Park" so as to determine the initial framework for cooperation.

Xuan Cheng, according to local government statistics, Zhejiang Merchants are major foreign investors, accounting for more than 70% in local economic and social development and made a great contribution. In the background of from Yangtze River Delta industries to central and western regions, Xuancheng is increasingly becoming an important investment area for Zhejiang merchants.
